Alberto studied at the Whitsundays College of English before commencing a Cert. III in Commercial Cookery and the Diploma of Hospitality Management Course at the Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE.   The SACE Direct Entry Pathway to TAFE made Alberto’s entry into his chosen course much easier and quicker. 

Alberto is doing extremely well in all of his studies and he is thoroughly enjoying his time in the Whitsundays.  When he completes his course he will have the skills to open and manage his own restaurant in the future.
